Backorders

Monel USA is a just-in-time warehouse with inventory that fluctuates by the hour. Inevitably, a certain percentage of orders will end up being placed on backorder status. This means your parts are not currently in stock and will need to be received from our manufacturer before shipping. The average lead time for a backordered item to leave our warehouse is 7-14 business days.

Shipping Options

Shipping price is based on size and weight. Estimated shipping costs can be seen during checkout. Standard processing time for all orders is between 1 and 10 business days, depending on product availability. Greater lead time may apply to products in low demand. 

• Orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing the first available business day. Please consider this when placing weekend and holiday orders.
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
• Orders placed with UPS Overnight will be given priority during processing.
• UPS does not guarantee transit times between November 1 - January

USA Domestic Shipments

Delivery estimates refer to the time it takes for delivery after an order has left our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed. Transit times are not guaranteed.
